Alini Machado didn't learn auctions in a weekend course. She learned on the construction site, at the notary, and with her own money on the table.
Alini grew up on the construction site. Her father, a builder, bought, renovated and resold properties when that didn't even have a name yet. Watching a house turn into wealth was her first school, long before law.
Her career started far from auctions: hospital management at one of Paraná's largest hospitals and postgraduate studies at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein. A solid corporate track, until she decided to start over and rebuild her career on what had shaped her: real estate.
In 2021 came the test in her own skin: alongside her father, she acquired two apartments at auction with her own capital. Both were resold in less than two weeks. That's why at AL.MA no advice is theoretical: it's advice from someone who bids with their own money.
The company name carries that. AL.MA are the initials of ALini MAchado: the brand doesn't use her name, it's made of it. And the method has been the same since the first bid: read the case line by line, visit the property, understand the story of each title record, and set the maximum bid together with the client, before the auction.
"At an auction, an opportunity without criteria is just a bid in the dark. AL.MA exists to turn on the light before the hammer falls."
